Ahh! It’s been a while since I’ve seen some good ole fashion spam prose.  I’m excited that this spammer gave me a new name (yes, I am Italian, but that is quite an Italian name!).  As a bonus, they’ve attached an image featuring anti-erectile dysfunction medications.  The file name for the image was “ecchymosis.jpg.” If you didn’t already know (I know I sure didn’t), ecchymosis means “the passage of blood from ruptured blood vessels into subcutaneous tissue, marked by a purple discoloration of the skin.”  Well, I sure hope that’s not what the medication does…
